Prior to the grand opening, Miamix guests were treated to an exclusive experience that offered a complete tour of the restaurant's signature flavors. Among them, Cristhian Gassmann stood out as a true asado enthusiast, delighting in every cut, garnish, and detail that makes La Cabrera unique. From the flank steak and ribeye to the classic sides served in small casseroles, every dish was left untasted.
