How do I delete my account and data? We respect your privacy and data ownership. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the app.
Go to your Profile tab.
Scroll to the very bottom of the page.
Tap the red Delete Account button and confirm.
Note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Why does the app ask for Camera and Photo Library access? MIAMIX requires access to your camera and photo library so you can personalize your profile with an avatar and share photos/videos of your Miami experiences directly to the community feed. We do not access your camera or photos without your direct action.

How do I report inappropriate content or behavior? MIAMIX has a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behavior and objectionable content.
To report a post: Tap the ⚠️ Report button located at the bottom of any feed post. The post will be instantly hidden from your view, and our moderation team will review it within 24 hours.
To block a user: Tap on a user's avatar to open their profile, then tap the red Block User button. You will no longer see their posts or receive direct messages from them.

How do I direct message another user? Tap on any user's avatar to open their profile card, then tap Direct Message. You can also navigate to the Direct tab in the bottom navigation menu to see your list of contacts and active chats.
I don't see any posts in the Feed? The MIAMIX feed requires an active internet connection to load. If the feed is blank, please check your Wi-Fi or cellular data connection. If the issue persists, try closing and reopening the app.
